While conversing about the future, three young men began reflecting on their adversities. One stated, growing up in the heart of Los Angeles where despair and fear plagues the community, was enduring. Another discussed how raised in Moreno Valley where people tagged the city as Murder Val, was surviving. The third revealed in Riverside where racism shows its face from time to time, was still progressing. The question posed that day though was, how were they doing it?
